A cylinder is the ultimate shape for 360-degree viewing. This type of tank will let you admire the marinescape from all sides equally. A cylindrical tank of mid size could be an attraction in a public lobbies' entrance hall or as a room separator.
It can be anything from waist height to full room height. We are able to fabricate up to 2,0 meters height (assuming base and lid = room height). It is a specialty of cylindrical tanks, that they can be relatively high, lightweight and affordable at the same time. A cylinder can bear water loads much better than a comparable rectangular tank.
Our production limits the maximum diameter to 2,2m for the acrylic cylinder.
Round fishtanks enable a certain flow of the containing water making them an ideal home for jellyfish.
The window is made of the finest thermoformed acrylic with the minimum amount of seams - usually one. And even this bond is virtually invisible - you will have to search for it, to be able to notice. Each tanks window thickness is individually adapted to the water pressure for maximum safety.
