Approvals and Permits

Hydrosight underwater windows are a well-established product in the market. In general, NO applications or approvals are specifically required for use.
However, there are differences at country level. You should keep this in mind especially if any of the following factors apply to you:

• You use our products in Germany in an area open to the public. In other countries, including the EU, this does NOT apply.
• You use our products for ships or submarines
• You are using our products in particularly safety-relevant applications

In any case, it makes sense to have a manufacturer as experienced as Hydrosight on your side. We have installed windows in over 50 nations, making it easy for everyone to use.
