This pool wall has been installed in a Bavarian hotel pool in the year 2017. Visitors of Wellness Hotel Schönblick can now enjoy the stunning view into the historic Altmühl Valley and bathe at the same time. The glazed pool wall blends seemlessly into the stainless steel pool. The water runs over the window into an overflow channel.

What is an Overflow? : The top of the window is at the same level as the top edge of the pool. If the window top and water level meet, we obtain an overflow window; which means that the water can, as the name says, flow over the edge of the window. If the water level is lower, then we have a so-called skimmer wall.
